About Sizes.games
Browser games about the scale of familiar things.
Made and maintained by mubai
I'm mubai, an independent developer. I build and maintain Sizes.games, an independent browser game series. Our first game, Size It Up, compares animals, landmarks, maps, fictional characters and vehicles.
The idea is simple. Put an unknown silhouette beside a reference with a stated measurement, resize it until the proportions feel right, then reveal the reference value and your score. No account is needed to play.
Five rounds, two ways to play
Daily offers one fixed five-round game for each category and local calendar date. Unlimited offers new five-round games when you finish. Each game can earn up to 1,000 points; progress stays in your browser when local storage is available.
Choose Animals, Landmarks, Geography, Pop Culture or Vehicles, or play Mixed for compatible comparisons across categories.
A measurement needs a definition
The game compares a named measurement with a specific reference value. Animal sizes vary, landmark measurements depend on the included parts, maps use projected spans, fictional characters use listed heights, and vehicles use a named model and measured span. The illustrations help you recognise each subject; they are not a claim that every visible feature was precisely measured.
Read Sources & credits for how those references and artwork are handled.
Help improve the game
If a control does not work, a measurement seems unclear, or an illustration raises a source concern, get in touch with the page and object involved. Useful corrections help make the next comparison clearer.
